A sportsy girl?
Rachel loves staying active in many ways!
Rachel was a member of the Varsity Volleyball and Lacrosse teams in high school. She ultimately ended up having to choose between sports and Musical Theatre (guess which she chose lol)
"I find that staying active helps me physically and mentally. I now love going to dance classes, going on outdoor runs and working out at the gym!"
